Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked “Final Sale”, worn shoes, and custom products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
